Merge Fruit Slice is a casual mobile puzzle game. In this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the team behind Merge Fruit Slice. This policy explains what information may be handled when you use the game or contact us for support.
The game does not require player registration and we do not operate our own player account system. However, the app may rely on third-party platform and advertising services for ads and purchase processing.

3. Data Stored on Your Device
Merge Fruit Slice stores gameplay-related information locally on your device. This may include your progress, preferences, unlocked items, and similar save data.
This local save data is used so the game can remember your progress between sessions. We do not currently operate our own cloud-save service for this game.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game may display ads using Google AdMob, including banner ads and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional and may be used to unlock or grant in-game benefits after an ad is viewed under the game rules.
Google AdMob may automatically process information such as IP address, user interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes.
On Android, these identifiers can include advertising identifiers made available by the platform. On iOS, if ad tracking is used in a way that requires permission, the app may present Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you deny that permission, ads may still be requested, but the iOS advertising identifier may not be used for that request.
Ad personalization and related privacy choices may depend on your region, your platform privacy settings, the consent tools shown inside the app, and Google’s own privacy controls.
5. In-App Purchases
Merge Fruit Slice may offer one-time in-app purchases. All digital purchases are handled by the relevant app store for your platform.
Android purchases
Purchases on Android are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment card number, bank account details, or Google account password.
iOS purchases
Purchases on iOS are processed through Apple In-App Purchase / the App Store. Apple handles payment processing and purchase authentication, and we do not receive your full card details or Apple ID password.
We may receive limited purchase information needed to deliver the item or feature you bought, such as the product purchased, transaction status, order metadata, and purchase or receipt records needed to unlock, validate, restore, or support purchased content.
6. Permissions and Device Access
The game is intended to operate with a limited permissions set. Relevant access may include:
- Internet access so the app can load ads, support consent flows, and communicate with purchase services.
- Google Play Billing access on Android so one-time in-app purchases can be processed through Google Play.
- StoreKit / App Store purchase services on iOS so one-time in-app purchases can be processed and restored through Apple.
- Tracking permission on iOS where applicable if the app requests Apple’s App Tracking Transparency authorization for ad-related tracking.
The game is not designed to request sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location for normal gameplay.
8. Children’s Privacy
Merge Fruit Slice is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly ask children to create an account with us or intentionally collect personal information directly from children through our own systems.
Because the game may use advertising and app store services, data handling by those third-party services may still occur as described in this policy and in those providers’ own documentation.

- You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
- You can usually clear local game data through your device settings.
